The Vision
The vision for our Atlantica project was to craft a home that feels layered, soulful, and welcoming, blending the richness of Spanish-inspired warmth with the sleek elegance of modern design. Drawing from a previous Lulamon build, the team set out to create a home that reflected Dudley’s coastal spirit while offering a sophisticated retreat for everyday living. The goal was to balance traditional elements with modern luxuries—bringing together natural textures, thoughtful finishes, and contemporary design solutions.
Design Inspiration
The design took cues from multiple influences, most notably the Spanish sun, through the use of earthy tiles that provide warmth and character. Fixtures from ABI Interiors add modern refinement, striking a balance between the home’s textured charm and sleek practicality. Jeannie Little Designs played a key role in shaping the home’s aesthetic, curating spaces that feel both intimate and modern. With a nod to Mediterranean style and coastal minimalism, every room is infused with a sense of artistry, light, and flow, creating a space that feels timeless yet fresh.

The build required precise coordination to integrate the various design elements seamlessly. Kitchens for Living custom-designed the cabinetry, ensuring that both form and function were considered throughout. The cabinetry complements the home’s mix of textural tiles and modern hardware, bringing together the kitchen and living spaces in perfect harmony. Jeannie Little Designs worked closely with our clients and team to refine the vision for each room, making sure the Spanish warmth and modern elements were balanced throughout. From tile selection to room layouts, the goal was to create a home that feels cohesive and thoughtfully designed.
