For Ethan & Bec, the vision for Greenridge Homestead was to create a modern farmhouse that felt warm, practical, and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape. Design Inspiration
“The design was inspired by a contemporary farmhouse, combined with modern features and finishes. We wanted a timeless look with open living spaces, plenty of natural light, and materials that complemented the rural setting.”
Every detail was chosen with intention: a muted palette, natural textures, and clean architectural lines that bring a sense of calm and clarity to the home. Large windows frame the sweeping views, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors, while modern finishes elevate the everyday experience.

For Ethan and Bec, the experience of bringing Greenridge Homestead to life was incredibly rewarding, watching their vision take shape from the first sketches to the final finishes made every step worth it.

“Now that it’s finished, the house feels like home. It’s a place where family and friends can come for a few beers around a fire, where we can relax after a busy day, and where we can enjoy the lifestyle that comes with living on a farm.”

“One of my favourite features is the large open‑plan living area and the views across the property. The connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces makes the home feel welcoming and allows us to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape.”
