As builders, we are constantly challenged to turn dreams into reality. Our Boolaroo project, the Manhattan 31 was an exciting endeavor that pushed the boundaries of creativity and craftsmanship.

We are thrilled to share the journey of creating this remarkable home featuring an award-winning kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, a media room and a meticulous master bedroom with a WIR & ensuite.

Every project begins with a vision and this project was no exception. With a brief of "spacious, contemporary family home that is both functional and aesthetically stunning". The challenge was clear: create a living space that blends modern design with warmth, comfort & sustainability.

The heart of any home is its kitchen, and the Manhattan 31's kitchen is truly something to behold. Boasting sleek lines, high-end appliances, and an open-concept design, this kitchen was awarded the Kitchen Project of the Year at the 2023 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards. The layout is perfect for those who love to cook, with plenty of counter space and storage. The island serves as a hub for social gatherings and casual meals, making it a space for making memories.
